● 作用機(jī)理：
Sodium
diethyldithiocarbamate (DIECA) has been used as a JA biosynthesis inhibitor in
plants and likely inhibits the JA pathway by shunting
13(S)-hydroperoxylinolenic acid to 13-hydroxylinolenic, thereby sharply
reducing the precursor pool leading to cyclization and eventual synthesis of JA
(Farmer, Caldelari, Pearce, Walker-Simmons, & Ryan, 1994).
● 母液配制方法：
1. 20 ml 0.2 M DIECA配制（水溶解）：
稱取0.9 g粉末置于50 ml尖底螺口離心管中，擰緊管蓋，加入蒸餾水定容至20 ml，漩渦攪拌至徹底混勻，溶液應(yīng)該為接近澄清透明，0.22 μm水系濾膜抽濾后-20℃貯存。
注意：DIECA溶液配制時(shí)不能開口攪拌混勻，因?yàn)槿芤何湛諝庵械亩趸?，會使溶液變渾濁，無法完全溶解。
2. 20 ml 0.2 M DIECA配制（DMSO溶解）：
使用DMSO可以配制成完全澄清透明的溶液，溶解方法同1。0.22 μm有機(jī)系濾膜抽濾后-20℃貯存。
